By attending Spiegel Haus Melbourne (the Venue) or an event, you agree to the following conditions of entry. These conditions are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests.
Photography & Recording: The use of cameras, filming, or recording devices is not permitted during performances, unless expressly approved by the Venue.
Bag & Security Checks: To maintain a safe environment, bags and personal belongings may be visually inspected on entry.
Prohibited Items: Items not permitted inside include outside food and drinks, glass bottles, offensive signage or clothing, weapons, dangerous or flammable goods, scooters/skateboards, wheeled shoes, laser pointers, and any item that could pose a safety risk or interfere with the performance.
Large Items: Oversized bags (larger than A4), umbrellas, prams, helmets, luggage, and similar bulky items are not permitted in the auditorium. Please bring only essential personal belongings, as Spiegel Haus does not offer storage facilities.
Animals: Only guide, hearing, or service animals are permitted in the venue.
Dress Code: Guests must wear appropriate clothing and footwear at all times.
Behaviour: We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask patrons to leave if they:
Cannot produce a valid ticket or concession ID (if purchased)
Present a ticket deemed fraudulent or purchased via an unauthorised seller
Refuse to comply with security or staff instructions
Are intoxicated, unwell, or behaving in a way that may cause harm, damage, or disrupt other guests' enjoyment
Latecomers: May only be admitted at an appropriate break and could be seated in alternate locations to minimise disruption.
Payments: Spiegel Haus is a cashless venue. Only credit or debit cards are accepted for purchases at the Box Office and bars.
By entering the Venue, you agree to follow these conditions and the directions of our staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Venue without refund.
